Egyptian Jewelry - Sterling Silver Ankh Pendant

King Tutankhamun was the young boy Pharoah of ancient Egypt from 1333-1323 BC. His father was the pharoah Ankhnaton, the founder of the first monolithic religion built around the worship of the sun. King Tutankhamun's tomb was the first discovered untouched by tomb robbers; it's treasure still intact.

The mystery surrounding the murder of the young king continues to this day. This ankh pendant is a reproduction of the mirror case found in King Tut's tomb. The word ankh also means "mirror" in ancient hieroglyphics. The pendant is 2 1/4" X 3/4", including bail.
